Tokyo Police Club share the appropriately-titled “Happy Valentine’s Day”

February 14th 2014

Tokyo Police Club took to their Tumblr this morning to share the appropriately-timed “Happy Valentine’s Day” — a previously unheard track, but in fact the first they ever wrote(!)

We started Tokyo Police Club in high school and the very first song we wrote was “Happy Valentines Day”. It’s a rock song about a senior-year romance falling apart. We decided to re-record it this year and share it with you all. So here you go, an update of a classic. – Dave Monks, TPC

Tokyo Police Club’s new album “Forcefield” will be released March 25, and is available to pre-order now on iTunes, and via PledgeMusic.
